We have an immediate need for a Recruiter for The Blake at Edgewater and The Blake at Baxter Village in Fort Mill and Indian Land
- Oversee the staffing of the community which includes but is not limited to recruitment through the company's applicant tracking system, participating in community job fairs, and conduct the initial interview of qualified candidates.
- Create and develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
- Take the lead in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
- Manage TB screening program
- Prepare and present reports on staffing operations.
Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Associate Degree or four-year Bachelor Degree in the field of human resources, business administration or relevant field of study or equivalent years of experience.
- 3 years of proven experience in healthcare scheduling or as a staffing coordinator is required.
- Human Resource knowledge in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding is a plus.
