We have an immediate need for a Cook, assistant manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, prep and plate meals according to established menus.
- Supervise and train cooking staff.
- Assist in menu planning and food cost containment.
- Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in food quality and service quality.
- Maintains a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene.
Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Associate and/or bachelor's degree in culinary preferred
- 2 years of related culinary experience in a full-service restaurant; fine dining preferred
- ServSafe Certification
- CPR/First Aide
