We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Director to join our team. As the Wellness Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our wellness program. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of resident rights and Medicare regulations, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs for our residents
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide leadership and guidance to the wellness team, including shift management and case management
- Manage the overall well-being of our residents, including physical, mental, and emotional health
- Utilize your knowledge of physiology to develop personalized wellness plans for each resident
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Monitor budgeting and resource allocation for the wellness program
- Stay up-to-date with medical terminology and industry trends to provide the highest level of care

Skills:
- Strong understanding of resident rights and Medicare regulations
- Proficient in medical records management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in shift management and case management
- In-depth knowledge of physiology and its application in wellness programs
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage resources
- Familiarity with medical terminology

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
