- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including residents rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Change sheets and make the bed, well-presented.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpets.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Assist in commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining high standards across all facilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, especially in residential settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
