We have an immediate need for a Director of Facility Management at (name of community) at (name of city &state).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of building and grounds.
- Management and supervision of housekeeping department and waste management.
- Assist with emergency preparedness and situations involving mandatory evacuations.
- Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws
- Construction experience in coordinating building repairs.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
