The Blake School seeks to hire an imaginative, caring and talented educator to lead a kindergarten classroom beginning in the 2025-26 school year. Blake's kindergarten is a Reggio-inspired program emphasizing inquiry-based learning, reflective teaching, emergent curriculum and documentation of children's learning. The Early Learning Center (ELC) is the first of its kind in the Twin Cities. Designed for learners in pre-kindergarten (ages 4-5), kindergarten and first grade, the ELC offers a child-centered program in a green facility designed to spark curiosity, joy and growth. Strong candidates will demonstrate a creative, joyful approach to learning and teaching.
The search committee will begin reviewing applications on February 21 and until the position is filled. Blake will cover the travel and lodging costs for finalist candidates visiting from out of town.

Salary Range :
56,000 - $85,000 This salary range includes the expected annual salary for this position. In making a salary determination, we consider professional experience, applicable qualifications and other job-related factors. Based on these factors, a candidate's salary offer could exceed this range.
