We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team at The Blake as a Care Activity Coordinator.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Implementing the Memory Care Activity Calendar
- Collaborating with the Director of Memory Care on activities and entertainment
- Ensuring residents have opportunities to exercise daily
- Implementing the Walk With Me Program for new residents
The ideal candidate will possess a caring heart, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with geriatric populations, including those with Alzheimer's dementia.
