Job Description: Concierge
The ideal candidate will offer high-level hospitality to all residents, guests, and employees. Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls with proper greetings and directing visitors appropriately
- Fulfilling front desk duties to ensure smooth in/out procedures
- Maintaining a clean lobby and front porch area
- Assisting with activities and events in the lobby
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of general office experience, including reception experience
- Experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Professional communication skills and a pleasant tone
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and oral/written skills
- An ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
- A flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations, including weekends and holidays
