This role involves offering high-level hospitality to residents, guests, and employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Ensuring smooth front desk operations and visitor procedures
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area
- Supporting activities and events in the lobby
Key Qualifications
