This role involves handling dining room reservations, greeting customers, answering the phone and taking outside orders for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage dining room reservations efficiently.
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information.
- Process carry-out orders and room service for the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Professional attire and demeanor to represent the hotel’s standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
