We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in all window treatment options to include new product malfunctioning and old product showing signs of aging.
- Perform repairs on defective components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent future issues and prolong product lifespan.
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of all repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role in the window treatment industry.
- Proficient in using diagnostic skills for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to contact vendors and talk through any issues for additional troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 β 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
