What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at The Blind Goat?
Server Assistant - Looking for motivated people who can assist the servers in helping make the guest experience incredible.
Responsibilities - Up to but not limited too.
Assist in setting up the restaurant before shift and after shift.
Bussing tables, cleaning tables, setting tables for next guests.
Cleaning/sweeping/mopping floors, bathrooms, urinals, toilets, etc.
Keeping the server station clean, stocked, and ready for service. Assisting with water service.
Assisting with linen folds. Polishing glasses, silverware and dishes.
Assisting with running of food and being able to name the dish as it is left at the guest table.
Assisting the bar with polishing glasses, restocking, etc.
Ability to lift 50 lb boxes.
Ability to communicate with guests needs to server.
Food Handlers certification required.
SMILING and being PLEASANT.
