Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Sewing Machine Operators to join our team and work in our drapery fabricating workroom. The ideal candidate will have experience with fabricating draperies. This role involves fabricating high-quality products while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines to fabricate draperies according to specifications.
• Drapery construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
• Keep the work area organized and adhere to safety protocols within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating sewing machines is essential.
• Knowledge of drapery construction techniques and fabric types is preferred.
• Ability to fabricate draperies with attention to detail and precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving production targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
