Role :
The Group Art Supervisor will be responsible for generating ideas and running the day-to-day of the brand through to the finished product. The Group Art Supervisor works closely with creative and account teams to ensure adherence to client’s marketing strategies and objectives within specified deadlines. The Group Art Supervisor supervises junior art directors on projects and works with a Copy Supervisor in partnership to generate concepts.
Responsibilities : Strategic Thinking
- Full understanding of client’s marketplace and can evaluate work in light of current marketing environment
- Assists with tactical plan development
- Maintain awareness of budget requirements. Insure the best visualization of the product while staying within budget limits
- Alert Account Services in advance when work exceeds budget and obtain appropriate approvals to follow through
- Participate in strategic and tactical meetings with client and account management to develop effective advertising campaigns reflecting the clients objectives
- Participate in “brainstorming” team meetings

Requirements :
5 years of healthcare advertising agency experience
BA degree (Advertising, Design preferred)
A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative teams and multiple accounts, and the commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work
Experience designing and working with brand systems across digital and all forms of media
