Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by:
- Assisting residents with all activities of daily living, providing compassionate care and support.
- Conducting resident rounds as assigned, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Completing all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identifying resident problems and concerns, promptly reporting them to the charge nurse for appropriate follow-up and resolution.
