Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Solutions and Capital Project Consultant to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This permanent position involves developing customer relationships, driving business development, and closing deals with a focus on selling preventative maintenance packages for commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets
- Sell preventative maintenance packages for commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize MS Office and CRM systems for sales and project management
- Apply knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, and energy conservation to provide tailored solutions
- Market Analysis
- No supervisory responsibility
- Must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
