Job Title : Construction Plumbing Foreman
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Compensation : $35 - $42 / Hour
We are seeking an experienced Construction Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing installations on construction projects in the Indianapolis area. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities :
Lead plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction projects.
Supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring work is done safely and efficiently.
Ensure plumbing work meets codes, regulations, and quality standards through regular inspections.
Manage materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to maintain a secure job site.
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing-related issues, providing timely solutions.
Qualifications :
5 years of commercial / residential plumbing experience in a supervisory role.
Valid plumbing license and knowledge of local building codes.
Strong blueprint reading and technical skills.
Leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on motivating and mentoring.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
