Assembly Technician
Join a team committed to rebuilding American manufacturing! As an Assembly Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling, configuring, and testing channel letter machines and CNC router tables. This role includes wiring electrical panels, preparing sub-assembly kits, and ensuring machines are ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble channel letter machines and CNC router tables following technical specifications, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Build sub-assembly kits and wire electrical panels according to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform precise measurements using tape measures and calipers.
- Maintain records of assembly and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
- Follow safety protocols in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
