We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage and execute installation projects for residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on various projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of HVAC system installations
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards, local codes, and company quality requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues
  • Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer
  • EPA certification
  • RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) certification
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
