Definition of Role :
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your crew deliver exceptional service and quality on the job to our customers and contractors. You are responsible for all aspects of the project including the safety of you and your team, the quality of the product we are delivering to our customers and the professional environment you are creating that best represents the company.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Being on time – neat – prepared for the day.
- Know your project and the scope of the work.
- Manage stock on site and in your truck utilizing Sortly.
- Communicate in a professional manner.
- Develop apprentices.
- Communicate daily with your Project Manager.
- Manage job pace to deliver the project in the timeline projected.
- Ensure you and your apprentices submit your weekly time sheets on time and accurately.
- Make sure any issues that arise on the job are immediately brought to the attention of your Project Manager.
Skills and Qualifications :
Salary : $40 - $45
