Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated machinery, including VFDs, servo motors, and related systems. This role involves providing technical support, interpreting machine logic and code, and assisting customers with wiring and electrical issues. Field experience is a plus, but the focus is on in-office support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve issues with automated machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems involving VFDs, servo motors, and servo drives.
- Analyze machine logic, code, and blueprints to resolve problems.
- Document support interactions and maintain a technical database.
- Update technical drawings and manuals as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address recurring issues.
- Assist with wiring electrical panels and assembling machinery when required.
