Experienced Restaurant/Hospitality Office Admin Assistant – Full-Time
Location: North Miami, FL
Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and self-organized Operations Admin Assistant to support our hospitality operations. If you have prior restaurant or hospitality administration experience and are computer savvy (MAC & PC), we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage online job postings
- Screen potential candidates and conduct phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring logistics
- Maintain and organize electronic files
- Run errands as needed for business operations
- Perform internet research and compile necessary information
- Scan and file documents efficiently
- Make phone calls and follow up on administrative tasks
- Attend meetings, take notes, and draft follow-up emails
- Transfer meeting information to the team and ensure proper communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality office administration (Required)
- Proficiency in Outlook (email & calendar), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation for commuting and running errands
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
- Location: North Miami, FL (must commute or relocate before starting and must be able to commute to Boca Raton as needed)
