Job Details:
- This position starts with a 90-day probationary period, allowing both you and us to determine if this is the right fit.
- During this time, we will evaluate your performance, commitment, and alignment with our café’s values.
- If at any time within these 90 days we determine that the role is not a good fit, we will have to let the individual go. As a small business, we cannot afford to make the same mistakes as larger companies—we need someone who is fully invested in our vision.
