About the Job

POSITION SUMMARY
The Tax Consultant is responsible for preparing and filing individual and business tax returns, providing professional tax advice, and ensuring compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations. This role involves working closely with clients to optimize their tax outcomes, proactively engaging in business development, and offering personalized solutions based on each client's financial situation. Tax Consultants are also expected to assist in mentoring junior team members. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in tax preparation and a drive for client acquisition and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with tax preparation services during tax season.
• Be proactive in learning about tax laws, filing processes, and our internal systems.
• Client Outreach: Use your networking and communication skills to bring in new clients and help grow the business.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive client information.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding clients through their tax preparation.
