Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff members in customer service techniques and food preparation processes.
- Manage the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
- Oversee the interviewing process for new hires, ensuring that the team is composed of skilled and enthusiastic individuals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and coffee stations.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively.
