Responsibilities

- Manage the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
- Oversee the interviewing process for new hires, ensuring that the team is composed of skilled and enthusiastic individuals.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and coffee stations.

Experience
