We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Host/Cashier to join our team at our casual dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, managing the cash register, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls and take out orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and dining area.
- Assist in setting up the dining area for guests.
- Process payments for customers and provide change when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
