Responsibilities
- Omni-Retail Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee omni-retail strategies aligned with client and organizational goals, leveraging data insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes.
- Vendor Performance & Forecast Management: Analyze vendor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Own and refine internal forecasts to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients or brands, building strong relationships, managing onboarding processes, and aligning client objectives with organizational strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, analyze, and deliver dashboards, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. Distill complex data into actionable insights for internal teams, clients, and retail partners.
- Omni-Channel Process Optimization: Oversee and improve omni-channel processes, ensuring seamless operations across digital and in-store platforms. Address process gaps to enhance efficiencies and client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Lead client lifecycle management, including meeting preparation, communication, timeline updates, ad hoc requests, and competitive trend analysis. Assign, review, and support tasks to ensure project success.
- Industry Expertise: Monitor omni-retail trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to make informed strategic pivots. Maintain expertise in data needs, client competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including sales and operations, to implement process enhancements that improve client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Financial Analysis: Calculate and evaluate financial metrics such as profitability, revenue, and margins, providing critical insights at both client and organizational levels.
- Client Presentations & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate strategies, performance, and recommendations. Ensure all communications are clear, tactful, and impactful.
- Has experience working with Walmart Retail Link and Supplier Center
- Entrepreneurial Spirit – ability to pivot quickly, a curiosity to learn, and a sense of ownership and confidence in leading clients and cross functional partners.
- Strong and tactful communication skills (written and verbal) to build relationships with internal and external contacts, discuss problems, present data and give recommendations.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in manipulating data through excel to tell and present a story.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understands financial responsibility and the management of funds and inventory.
- Able to take constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding, and ambiguous work environment.

- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years of relevant work experience - CPG experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related fiel
