We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, Arkansas. As a key part of our team, you will lead supply chain initiatives to help clients thrive and grow their business with Walmart and Sam’s Club. Your expertise will drive instock goals, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery while providing critical supply chain insights and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Replenishment Leadership: Drive replenishment efforts within a cross-functional Bluebird team to meet Walmart's instock and delivery goals.
- Collaborative Supply Chain Management: Partner with Walmart’s replenishment team and Bluebird’s sales team to enhance supply chain processes, improve on-time and in-full delivery, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Forecast Accuracy: Analyze sales and orders to ensure Walmart forecasts align with instock optimization, providing recommendations supported by data-driven insights.
- Purchase Order Oversight: Track, monitor, and adjust Domestic and Direct Import (DI) purchase orders, communicating updates to Walmart’s replenishment team as needed.
- Performance Metrics Management: Guide clients to meet Walmart’s On Time/In Full (OTIF) and Supply Chain Quality Excellence Program (SQEP) standards, including proper PO editing and reporting.
- Vendor Profile Maintenance: Onboard and maintain vendor profiles, including item setup, factory ID, ship points, lead time audits, and new item quotes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver key reports, such as Walmart Ladders and Luminate updates, while conducting ad hoc analysis for Walmart, clients, or Bluebird’s Sales Lead.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, offering guidance and support, including navigating Walmart’s Supplier Academy on Retail Link.
Desired Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Walmart’s supply chain systems, procedures, and internal inventory management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data sorting/grouping).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Walmart-specific tools and platforms, including Retail Link, Luminate/Madrid, Aspen, OTIF, SQEP, GRS, NOVA, Item 360/Supplier One, QMS, TS, and TSCP.
