What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at The Boar's Head Resort?
Provide information about Sports Club activities, check-in members and guests, schedule racquet sport reservations, monitor/sell retail items, open/close registers, provide security at The Sports Club entrances, and assist with club operations.
Some essential job duties include:
- Meet and greet all members/guests appropriately and according to Forbes Travel Guide Standards and the AAA 4 Diamond Service Expectations.
- Answer all incoming calls within three rings. Provide appropriate information or direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Monitor the Pro Shop and attend to all customer questions and inquiries.
- Process all sales of Pro Shop and Cavalier Shop items and bill all Sports Club court times, services and fees.
- Schedule all racquet sports reservations according to standards.
- Monitor cash drawer during entire shift and maintain responsibility for the proper opening/closing of each cash drawer.
- Responsible for opening/closing The Sports Club.
- Assist Housekeeping with maintaining cleanliness of Front Desk area.
- Organize and log all lost and found items.
- Provide CPR/First-aid as needed.
- Assist customers with restringing of racquets.
- Assist tennis court maintenance staff with indoor court cleaning and upkeep, outdoor court grooming, and other small projects (hanging windscreens, nets, & court awnings)
- Assist with club operations.
