Position Summary:
This is a part-time staff position that will work 15 hours per week through August 31, 2025. The position will work closely with faculty members and staff to re-budget/reallocate funded proposals for new award setup. Additionally, the position will:
-Research and understand federal, state and university guidelines/policies on grant expenditures.
-Calculate faculty/staff effort on new and existing award budgets.
-Verify that awarded budgets line up with new and existing Graduate Assistantship contracts.
-Compare existing budgets to requested PSA payments and forward them to the Director for approval.
-Assist the Pre-Award team and faculty members with preparing budgets for proposal submission, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of award budgeting
experience.
Two years of accounting
experience.
