Responsibilities
Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring our administrative compass is always pointing in the right direction.
Foster positive relationships with vendors and other departments within The Boat House - because a happy crew makes for smooth sailing.
Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and make the administrative journey more enjoyable for everyone.
Contribute to month-end closing procedures with a spirit of teamwork and attention to detail.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail that rivals a ship in a bottle
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to problem solve
