The Boat House of Lake Geneva is looking for an energetic and positive Dockhand / Marina Assistant to serve our customers with pride and a smile.
While the marine industry is an energetic, sporty and fun, the ability to offer that professional touch while being casual is essential for success. This position will be seasonal, and we are looking for part-time and full-time employees. Additionally, this position does require weekend hours.
The ideal candidate will :
- Have strong customer service skills.
- Have an upbeat and energetic personality.
- Be punctual with good attendance.
- Have some knowledge of boating as they will be explaining the expectations and use of boats to rental customers.
- Assist Fork Lift driver with spotting boat moves
- Assist customers with docking boats on the dock
- Moving boats up and down the docks as needed
- Assisting the rental office with tasks as needed
