We’re seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our marina. This is a fantastic opportunity to start in a key customer-facing role with the potential to grow into other positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist marina customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Manage and respond to text messages and email communications.
• Return missed calls and follow up on messages to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide information about marina services, availability, and policies.
• Handle customer requests and concerns with efficiency and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with phone systems, text messaging, and email.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of customer interactions.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of marina services and boating is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
