We are looking for a social and people-oriented Bobarista to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, amazing drink making skills and impeccable hygiene. Our Baristas are responsible for connecting with customers, helping them find the right drink, providing menu information, and assisting with sales transactions.
Previous barista/bartender experience is a huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Positively interact with all customers that visit the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and make appropriate recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Prepare delicious beverages that meet our quality standards.
- Uphold top notch hygiene standards.
- Prepare orders swiftly and precisely.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, kitchen and storage environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and create a positive work environment.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and meet sales targets.

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
