Position Overview: We are on the hunt for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and cultivate a vibrant community around our brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to showcase their skills and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetics.
Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a tight-knit and active online community.
Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase our followers and improve engagement metrics.
Analytics: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
Campaigns: Launch and manage social media campaigns and partnerships, capitalizing on key events and peak seasons in Las Vegas.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.
• Key Qualifications: * Prior experience managing social media accounts for businesses, ideally within the wellness
or hospitality sectors.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
* Ability to create visually appealing posts using tools like Canva
* Solid copywriting skills, ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and error-free.
* Ability to work independently, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Video editing ability a plus
