BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 787 Program and the Factory Field Skill Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
Welcome new team members and level-set performance and attendance expectations.
Support and instruct new team members as New Employee Orientation (NEO) instructor.
Strategically develop and provide oversight of internal and external skill development pipelines through the value stream (e.g., schools, educational curriculum); partner and/or integrate with recruiters.
Lead the plan to meet staffing requirements, hiring, surplus, redeployment, and mitigation of a reduction-in-force.
Lead the creation and implementation of action plans to respond to underutilized groups.
This position will require frequent traveling in order to support Aviation school visits, military events and career fairs across US to recruit aviation talent.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Boeing South Caroline (BSC) site.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of team lead or leadership experience directing a team.
5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing.
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
3+ years of experience with talent resourcing (attraction, retention, and attrition).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Familiar with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts.
Experience with managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data.
Degree or Certificate in Business, Management, Engineering, IE, PE, Aeronautical Sciences, Technology Field, Project Management or other relevant disciplines.
Experience with recruiting talent (sourcing, onboarding, down-selection).
