We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at a large, global company. In this role, you will oversee accounting operations for international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for global subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis for international operations.
- Work closely with external auditors and global counterparts, providing necessary documentation and explanations for international entities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in public company accounting or public accounting, with a focus on international operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with international accounting standards.
- International experience highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
