We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager with a strong background in managing multi-location accounting operations.

Position Overview: As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations for our multiple locations. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a great environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership & Oversight: Oversee and manage the financial operations of multiple locations, ensuring consistency in accounting practices, processes, and controls across all sites.
• Month-End & Year-End Closures: Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports and provide actionable insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement across locations.
• Multi-Location Coordination: Coordinate with local accounting teams to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements across all locations.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Establish, monitor, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Support leadership with special projects, audits, and other financial matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in accounting

• Skills:
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a multi-location environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
