What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller/ Controller position at The Bolton Group?
The Bolton Group is partnering with a large manufacturing company to look for an Assistant Controller for their corporate office in Frisco.
The Assistant Controller will report to a CFO. She/He will lead an accounting process with a team of five accountants. The position will drive process improvements, implement standards, improve and document internal controls and optimize efficiencies across all areas of accounting.
Schedule is hybrid with two days working from home.
Pay: $120K - $165K
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance is required
- CPA required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Experience with Big4 is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a full cycle accounting role experience in an Accounting Leadership role
- Strong aptitude of financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
