What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller (real estate) position at The Bolton Group?
The Bolton Group is partnering with a global investment and advisory firm to search for a Controller.
The Controller will lead financial reporting, oversee compliance, manage SEC reporting, lead annual audits, and supervise internal teams and third-party service providers.
We are looking for candidates are a technical CPA, Big 4 with Real Estate fund accounting, preferably with some international, fx, securitization, and fair value.
Salary: $200k base, 50% bonus and equity
