This person will be helping to create standard operating procedures with the customer success side of the business for a growing company. They need someone with strong sales operations experience and the ability to build out programs for staff. Prior leadership experience is required. You will lead a team of managers. Candidates need to have examples of creating procedures and making an impact on the sales / CSR side of the business.
