What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis position at The Bolton Group?
The Bolton Group is partnering up with a client of ours here in North Dallas, looking to identify a new Director of FP&A to drive the corporate finance function.
This role is open due to internal growth and will oversee a team of 2 analysts in a complex division of the organization. Some local travel may be involved.
The new Director of FP&A will support operations and projects for multiple locations in Texas, and work with Controllers, and the CFO and CEO.
Targeting $140-180K base Bonus.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years experience in finance/accounting
- Leadership experience is required
- Experience with traditional FP&A and managing forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Job Costing experience is ideal
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
