The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization from a financial operations perspective. They will manage a growing team and report to leadership on a daily basis. This role will oversee finance & accounting for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial operations, including a small but growing team
- Experience with scaling an operation is a plus
- Work with department leaders to scale the operation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must have construction/real estate development experience
- Must have team management and development experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability and desire to working in a scaling yet established business
