Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid - 3 days in/2out)
Location: Chicago (Downtown)
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial statements, treasury operations, and FP&A for our client, a leading player in manufacturing industry, with great financial performance, leadership and innovative products. This role supports key financial processes, offering insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and ensuring financial accuracy and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), conduct variance analysis, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Treasury: Assist in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and debt management, while supporting banking relationships and cash operations.
- FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; provide insights on KPIs, trends, and business performance.
- Decision Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, capital investment, and cost management decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, and FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills;
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
