Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare marketing sales and trend reports.
- Manage social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Actively take part in marketing campaigns and organizing meetings and conferences.
- Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
- Monitor industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management
- Create engaging content for print advertising, website updates (using WordPress), and other promotional materials.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
- Support internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information.
- Maintain Client relationships and use client feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design team using Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and ensure adherence to allocated resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.
- Creative thinker and data driven.
- Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skill.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Proficient in analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Experience with email marketing tools and best practices for audience engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
