Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their project's lifecycle.
- Partnering with assigned sales reps and serving as a point of contact (POC) post-sale for all customers.
- Delighting customers by providing a consistently excellent customer experience commiserate with our world-class product.
- Contacts customers after the sale to confirm the best times and methods of contact and answer any immediate questions or concerns that they may have.
- Closing out projects with customers upon completion of their project to collect feedback for recognition or improvement.
- Soliciting referral business from past customers using closeout calls, survey results, online reviews, etc., via phone conversations and email.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer proficiency.
- Experience using SalesForce.
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time and work process management skills.
