Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator at our Dogfish Head hospitality locations (Tasting Room & Kitchen, Brewings & Eats, Dogfish Inn & Chesapeake & Maine) in Milton, DE. This role will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives. As well as coordinating various marketing activities, conducting market research, and creating promotional materials to enhance the company's brand presence and drive growth.What You'll Brew : Work collaboratively with a cross functional team of coworkers to bring marketing and event tactics to life that drive brand awareness, foot traffic and revenue growthAssisting with managing the marketing tracker which includes event details, deadlines, announcement dates, etc. Assisting with event execution. Duties include event set up & break down, event registration, communication with volunteers, communication with vendors, etc. Collaborate with digital specialist on live entertainment promotion across our social media & online outlets Work with the design team in development and execution of retail-custom design needs like advertising, POS and other marketing and event materials that engage drinkers Writing radio & tv scripts for campaigns that drive traffic to our locations Develop ways to bring our national brand programs to life at our locations through programs, specials and displays Provide recaps / reporting to help determine successes and opportunities Responsible for managing our Off-Centered Society email help box and customer service to our Off-Centered Society loyalty members Ensure our spaces are aesthetically representing our priorities through signage, POS and décor as needed Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas for social media Support any other marketing initiatives and business needs for the locationsWhat Ingredients You'll Bring : Minimum Qualifications : Must be 21 years of age to apply Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment Must be able to work from the Dogfish Head hospitality locations in Coastal Delaware Strong written and verbal communications Professional attitude and demeanorMust be self-motivated and proactive Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamLevel : 10 In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $15 - $26 per hour.
