Job Description
We are currently hiring a Packaging Tech at The Boston Beer Company. This role is responsible for ensuring the Packaging Line runs efficiently by coordinating equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitors and performs CIP operations to maintain sanitation standards
• Operates and troubleshoots packaging and kegging equipment
• Prepares and coordinates delivery of finished product to the Warehouse
• Achieves quality benchmarks through completion and monitoring of QC line initiatives
• Maintains departmental standards for efficiency, quality, safety, and sanitation
• Ensures all machinery is stocked with necessary materials and minimizes waste
Requirements:
• 5 years of machine operation experience in a production environment
• Mechanical and/or electrical skills/experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Established dexterity for handling materials and operating equipment
