We are currently hiring a Lead Operations Analyst, UKG in Boston, MA, hybrid* reporting to the Director of People Operations.
*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite 3 days per week.
The Lead People Operations Analyst (UKG) is responsible for the development, configuration, and support of UKG Pro Workforce Management applications for all Boston Beer facilities/locations. This position will interface with multiple teams including business end users, internal/external application support administrators, application vendors, Payroll, HR, IT etc. to lead the design, development, programming and support of custom interfaces, programs, and reports within the UKG application suite.
This position will also act as the primary contact for the business, responding to and resolving issues, handling system enhancements and upgrades, reporting requirements, new system builds due to new business requirements, leads cross-functional projects, and day to day ongoing support to coworkers, Payroll and HR teams. This role reports to the Director, People Operations and Technology.

Specific Responsibilities:
Act as functional system super-user and administrator
Ensure system functionality is configured in compliance with US/Canada Federal and state wage and hour/employment laws
Liaise with other areas of the business/COEs such as HR, Compensation, People Operations, and other stakeholders, to collaborate on the business requirement gathering, documentation, design approach, and testing of UKG updates / enhancements.
Ownership and responsible for running/loading/validating daily/weekly interfaces
production payroll support by troubleshooting and identifying configuration issues and resolving end user input discrepancies.
Follow-through on established audit protocols and ensure that ongoing audits of WFM data in HRIS Systems data reconciliation occur on defined cadence.
Responsibility for delivering and designing training and supplemental materials for a diverse population
Performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds; creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life cycle
What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree
5 years of relevant experience
Experienced with an hourly workforce timekeeping system that has timekeeping, accruals, attendance with points, basic and advanced scheduling, and backend configuration
Strong experience with and affinity for data integrity and hourly coworker HR systems
3 or more years Analytical experience, HR data
Attention to detail
Correct issues/problem solving to full resolution, flag inconsistencies
Proven experience influencing change in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of HR administration/operational experience
Experienced with UKG Pro Workforce Management including timekeeping, accruals, attendance with points, basic and advanced scheduling and backend configuration
Level: 5IC
At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $90,900 and $143,900. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
