The Procurement Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead is responsible for formulating, communicating, and executing category management and strategic sourcing strategies designed to enable commercial growth and profitability for the Boston Beer Company. This individual will establish and implement best sourcing practices by applying spend analysis, supply market expertise, and eSourcing tools to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) when executing developed strategies. Additionally, the individual will proactively and consistently manage key suppliers’ strategic and operational relationships for assigned categories and partner with internal stakeholders and sourcing team colleagues to implement innovative projects, drive efficiencies, deliver supplier quality improvements, and reduce risks while improving costs.

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $85,800 and $135,000. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset, and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
